It was just a good pick for a whistle-stop in Jakarta with very good value for money. The staff were polite and accommodating, even when I needed towels at 10 p.m. after a long day. Make sure to clarify any room promotions ahead of time.

We had a neat and beautifully designed room with particularly nice views of city.

Nice hotel with good view. Deluxe queen room was bright and the food was awesome. Exceptionally comfortable bed, very nice and courteous staff despite very good service. Smooth check-in, parking nearby. Pool bar and amazing pool.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, with a lovely view from my 16th-floor room , made every morning enjoyable and the central location allowed easy access to local attractions and transportation options.

Nice breakfast buffet (BTW great French bread), located next to (bit average) mall, newly renovated room, room windows from floor to ceiling and nice city views, friendly staff, fast and efficient check-in and check-out, Internet in business centre is fast and convenient

Building is from the 60s or 70s and therefore outside not very charming (but is inside in very good shape), all areas of the hotel and also our room were way too cold air-conditioned

I stayed here for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes and was delicious. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The location is perfect since it connects to a large mall. Great experience overall 😊

Hotel staff is weak in answering questions pertaining to Internet Bookings. I chose this hotel simply because it is 30 minutes drive to the airport. Shopping also not as good as other areas like Kelapa Gading.

Price is a bit on the high side. You have to pay for internet facilities and connections are quite slow.

Reasonable acces to airport for business travellers while still in the city.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, made resting easy. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the staff were really good too ensure we had everything we needed. They were attentive, especially Mr Hafez.

Although I made a reservation with non-smoking preference, they assigned me a smoking room without confirming me at the time of checking in. I asked the front desk to change my room, but they refused to do so because all their rooms were occupied, so first night, I had to suffer from the filthy stink of cigarettes. They reassigned me to a non-smoking room after the first night, but I would never say their support and service was decent enough. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Close proximity to shopping malls provides easy access to retail therapy. The variety of breakfast options includes fresh bakery items that hit the spot.

The rooms show their age. My Queen Room with Pool View had dated decor, with some furniture looking quite worn. It was concerning to find issues like water stains on the ceiling and even a water leak after a couple of days. The ventilation didn't perform well, leaving our bathroom warm and steamy. The thin walls allowed me to hear every conversation and movement from neighboring rooms, which can be a bit intrusive if you're looking for quiet.

The food was great . Location was good .

The toilet did not look impressive at all . The tv channels could be more entertaining , especially to the non Indonesian viewers.
